Anna Herslow

Lives in the South of Sweden and frequently travels around Europe. Anna is just as happy to work in Swedish, English, French, and Spanish.

Anna was born in 1972 and has recently found her way back home after 15 years living in different countries around Europe. Mixing her wanderlust and passion for languages with the international corporate world, has given Anna a wide cultural understanding and a very open mind.

During a turbulent life crisis, she noticed how all experiences and life patterns were represented in her body, every tension had an explenation. Through Shiatsu, Yoga and Psycho Synthesis therapy, truths started to de-fold, one by one.

Since then Anna has completed the first year of the Psycho Synthesis at Humanova in Malmö. Right after, she did a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training at the Nosara Yoga Institute, in Costa Rica, where she studied Self Awakening Yoga. Here she came in contact with the term indigo children the first time. Shortly after she had her AuraTransformation™ done, which has helped her cleansing out what she doesn’t need - once and for all, and to balance out the highs and lows. During the time after her AuraTransformation™, it became clear to her that she wanted to work with the new time energy.

Today, Anna continues her work in the corporate world, opening new export markets around Europe. To keep her balance she pursues her continuous studying of energy, along with practicing and teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga both inspired by Anusara Yoga and Self Awekening yoga.
